Banana Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream


4 ripe bananas, chopped into chunks, then frozen (for atleast 1-2 hours)

2 tbsp almond milk

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

10-12 Tasty Brand Organic Peanut Butter Cup Sandwich Cookies



Place the frozen bananas and almond milk into a blend. Blend together to create a smooth consistency. Add the peanut butter, cinnamon and vanilla extract, blend again. Taste and add more peanut butter and/or cinnamon if desired. Add cookies to the blender and pulse quickly until broken up. Transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze for 1 hour.
